# Basic Operation
# Create and edit Report
You can create and edit Report.
- Enter a Title.
Click form to select a Title or enter a new Title.
- Enter Findings/Impression/Comments.
- Dialog of "Save Report" will appear.
- Select Status and Option and click "Save".
# Insert Template
You can insert created Template in Findings/Impression/Comments.
- Create Template in:
User Settings > Report > Template
- Click to select item to insert from list of
- Dialog of "Insert Template" will appear.
- Change contents of Template as necessary.
- Click "Insert".
- Entered contents are inserted in Findings/Impression/Comments of Report.
