Improvements:

• DICOM tag "Conversion Type (0008,0064)" is added when converting PDF/JPEG/PNG/BMP file to DICOM file.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a bug that the search results by Referring Physician Name is not correct on List page when the search is done by an account under viewing control.
• Fixed a bug that an error occurs when sorting by Study Date on List page.
• Fixed a bug that sometimes some DICOM files cannot be displayed properly.
