• Layers has been added to Mouse Dragging operation.

Improvements:

• Thumbnail display speed has been improved.
• A display method for overlays on a Viewer page has been changed in case of there is not any specified DICOM tag.
• Level of detail for log which will be output can be chosen by SonicDICOM Manager.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed bug that it sometimes fails to get thumbnail.
