It can be selected whether spaces are automatically replaced with carets or not when updating Patient Name: Admin Settings > General > Option
It can be selected whether "Import Sample DICOM Files" is displayed on List page when there is no study stored: Admin Settings > General > Option
It can be selected whether "Attach DICOM Viewer" is checked by default or not in dialog "Export DICOM File" on List page: User Settings > List > General
It can be selected whether "Anonymize" is checked by default or not in dialog "Forward" and "Import File/Forward" on List page: User Settings > List > General (for SonicDICOM PACS only)
The display status of annotation can be selected on Viewer page: User Settings > Viewer > Appearance
